Mojito este un cocktail clasic cubanez, preparat din rom alb, zahăr, suc de limetă, sifon și mentă. Se prepară zdrobind ușor menta cu zahărul și sucul de limetă într-un pahar înalt, apoi se adaugă gheață fărâmițată, rom și apă minerală.
